Usage counts
Usage counts. To provide the apps, show you your store's usage and apply plan limits, Shopix counts how shoppers use our widgets on your store: searches, results shown and clicks, with the product ID, position and the hour. These counts contain no shopper IP address, cookie, device identifier or identity, and we never store shoppers' photos. Request IP addresses are used only in memory, for about a minute, to limit abuse. Counting is part of the service and cannot be switched off separately. If you don't want it, you can uninstall the app. Details are in our Privacy Policy, under Storefront usage counts. We do not use your store's data to train or improve our models unless you agree to that separately.
