I have no sales history. Will it work?
Yes. Picks come from what your products look like, not from orders. You can check them on your own catalogue before your trial starts.
Will it break my theme?
We never edit your theme code. You add our block in the theme editor, or turn on the app embed on an older theme. You remove it the same way.
Will it slow my store?
The row reads results that are already worked out and served from a CDN. Your page never waits for our servers to compute anything.
What data do you use?
Your product data: photos, titles, types, tags and stock. We don't ask for orders or customer data. The click counter stores the shop, the product, the position and the hour, and nothing about the shopper.
Can I control the picks?
Yes. Set how many items show and how close they must match, and hide sold-out items.
Does it work with Image Search?
Yes. If you use both, they share one catalogue import.
Is it the same as Shopify's Search & Discovery app?
No. Shopify's app suggests related products automatically and lets you pick complementary ones by hand. Shopix Similar Products picks look-alikes from your product photos.
What happens when I uninstall?
Our block disappears and syncing stops. Your shop data is deleted as our privacy policy describes.
