What is Shopix Visual Search?
Shopix adds visual search to your Shopify store. Your customers upload a photo, and our AI finds visually similar products in your catalog — no need to describe what they're looking for in words.
How do I install it?
Install the app from the Shopify App Store with one click. No coding is needed. You switch it on in your theme editor.
How long does setup take?
After you install, the app reads your catalogue and indexes your product photos. When it finishes, you can test photo searches in the admin, then switch it on in your theme editor.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every new store gets a free 14-day trial. You can cancel anytime during the trial without being charged.
Do I need to change my theme or write code?
No. No theme code is edited. The app runs as an app embed that you switch on and off in the theme editor. Enabling or disabling it is a single click in your Shopify admin.
What happens when I add or update products?
Your catalog stays in sync automatically. New products, updated images, and price changes are picked up and indexed without any action on your part.
What happens to shoppers' uploaded images?
Uploaded images are used only to run the search and are kept only as long as needed to serve it. See our Privacy Policy for details.
What happens if I uninstall the app?
Visual search is removed from your store, and we delete your store's data, including the product index, in accordance with Shopify's data deletion requirements.
