Shopix adds visual search to your Shopify store. Your customers upload a photo, and our AI finds visually similar products in your catalog — no need to describe what they're looking for in words.
How do I install it?
Install the app from the Shopify App Store with one click. No coding or configuration is needed — it's plug & play.
How long does setup take?
Less than one hour. After installation, your product catalog is automatically synchronized, and our image recognition analyzes and classifies your products. Once indexing finishes, visual search is live on your store.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every new store gets a free 7-day trial. You can cancel anytime during the trial without being charged.
Do I need to change my theme or write code?
No. Shopix integrates with your existing theme automatically. Enabling or disabling it is a single click in your Shopify admin.
What happens when I add or update products?
Your catalog stays in sync automatically. New products, updated images, and price changes are picked up and indexed without any action on your part.
What happens to shoppers' uploaded images?
Uploaded images are used only to run the search and are kept only as long as needed to serve it. See our Privacy Policy for details.
What happens if I uninstall the app?
Visual search is removed from your store, and we delete your store's data, including the product index, in accordance with Shopify's data deletion requirements.
